Services Provided

SureBuilt Castro Valley Fences provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include wood fences, vinyl/PVC fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.

All services are performed by our trained, licensed, and insured team members. We follow local building codes and safety regulations to ensure quality workmanship on every project.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all fence projects. Our estimates are based on the scope of work, materials selected, and site conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if project requirements change or unexpected site conditions are discovered during installation.

All pricing is provided in writing before work begins. We require a deposit to schedule your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion and your satisfaction.

Scheduling and Timeline

Once you approve your estimate and provide the required deposit, we will schedule your installation at a mutually agreed upon time. Most residential projects are completed within one to three days, depending on size and complexity.

Weather conditions, permit delays, or unforeseen site issues may affect the project timeline. We will keep you informed of any changes and work with you to minimize disruptions.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required for fence installation in your area. We can provide guidance on local regulations and help you understand what permits may be needed.

If you request that we obtain permits on your behalf, additional fees may apply. We will not proceed with installation until all required permits are in place.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area for our crew and equipment. This includes removing any obstacles, marking underground utilities, and ensuring pets are secured during installation.

We will make reasonable efforts to protect your landscaping and property during installation. However, minor ground disturbance is normal and may require touch-up after project completion.

Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on both labor and materials. Specific warranty terms vary by project and will be provided in writing at the time of contract signing.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, severe weather, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others after installation.

Limitation of Liability

SureBuilt Castro Valley Fences carries liability insurance to protect your property during our work. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from fence installation or repair.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project at any time before work begins. If cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered, you will be responsible for the cost of any non-returnable materials. Deposits are non-refundable once the project has been scheduled.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
